David Carroll and Deverin Muff became friends at Eastern Kentucky University in 2011. A few years later, they attended the same church and their friendship evolved in to a brotherhood. In 2017, they began the Dave and Dev Podcast as an overflow from conversations that seemed too good to just stay in one room!
